Crab & Cream Cheese Rangoons
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tub or block of cream cheese
1 can lump crab meat, drained
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 pkg wonton wrappers
Just mix the first 6 ingredients together and spoon into wonton wrappers. Fold and then fry in saffola or canola oil. Or if you would rather make this as a dip, mix the first 6 ingredients and serve with crackers. The dip is a kraft foods recipe.

I hope you like them Val! So I just looked up the difference between wontons and rangoons and adjusted my post accordingly. Thanks :o)

This is a great idea and sounds easy enough for me to try! Thanks for sharing!
I would really like to eat these right now.
Need to try these. Sometimes, I think there is no crab in the ones at the restaurant.

Crab Rangoon is one of my FAVORITE appetizers, but I rarely order them since my husband hates crab. (Although that really just means more for me, right?!) I've never tried making it at home, but yours look delicious! Two questions: 1) Where in your grocery store did you find the wonton wrappers? I can't ever find them! Also, 2) what kind of dipping sauce did you serve with, and did you make that too?
Your entire meal sounds amazing! We love all those foods! These look delicious : )
yum...these look so much better than the crab rangoon i have had in the past...i love your flavor combination. my husband lets me know when my stuff isn't entirely blog-worthy too ;) thank you for sharing with tuesday night supper club.
